Start with Step One of the first module. It begins easy and slow. This is structured as a 30 day approach.
You can go to Step Two on day 2, or repeat Step One, or even if you skip a day, you can pick up where you left off.
You can go at your own pace.
The Deep Dive Module has 6 videos you can watch at your leisure for a deeper understanding of the science and reasoning behind the approach and how it relieves pain.
Four Bonus videos offer in depth knowledge about body dynamics.

You can repeat, mix and match, whatever works best for you. But I do recommend starting with Step One, as the videos start slowly and with purpose.
